Come and meet our Cheese variety

As a "second generation" industry specialist and with over 11 years of personal and international experience in the jewellery & diamond field, I have founded Sheyn Jewellery. With my distinguished experience in the art of jewellery design and also as certified gemologist, I can combine YOUR personal style and desires to create your one of a kind original jewellery work of art.

mozzarella

Mozzarella cheese is a sliceable curd cheese originating in Italy. Traditional Mozzarella cheese is made from milk of water buffalos herded in very few countries such as Italy and Bulgaria.

Alverca

Alverca, a soft or semi-hard cheese originates from Portugal. It is made from either sheep's or cow's milk. It is high in fats (about 40 to 50%) and is aged for 6 months. The cheese is perfect pair of wine called Riesling.
